布と対話する。

この衝動がどこから来て、
布に形を与えるのか、
知る由はない。

けれど、
ただ創造し続けることはできる。

この場所を離れるその日まで、
布に触れるたび湧き立つ、
あの衝動に従って。

この衝動が服となる。
あなたが手に取るその服には、
新しい命が宿るのだ。

How much human skill and how many processes are layered within a single piece of fabric? Following the path of vast tradition and innovation, this cloth now stands before us.

In the garment taking shape before my eyes, countless experiences and wisdom are embodied. In the clothes born from my hands, truly countless lives overlap.

I surrender myself to the surging impulse, engaging in dialogue with the fabric. I do not know from where this impulse comes, nor how it gives form to the cloth.

Yet, I can simply continue to create. Until the day I leave this place, I will follow that impulse that wells up every time I touch the fabric.

This impulse becomes the clothing. In the garment you hold, a new life shall dwell.
